About Suzanne and Christina:
Suzanne and Christina have been good friends and neighbors for the past 16 years. Living on the same street, their families have spent a lot of time together. With Suzanne’s real estate experience, and Christina’s marketing experience, it made perfect sense that the two of them would team up where each would bring special skills that would be a winning combination for their clients.
Suzanne Padilla moved to Long Beach 29 years ago to attend CSULB. She received her B.A. in Anthropology in 1991, and her M.A. in Applied Anthropology in 1998. Her professional background began in the field of behavioral health research and evaluation at CSULB.
Entering the field of real estate over twelve years ago, Suzanne found real estate to be very exciting and rewarding. However, she became a real estate agent at the very height of the market, and continued to work as the market declined, and finally hit bottom. In 2012, after many agents had left the field, she was still here to see the market begin to transition again, and she looks forward to what appears a continued recovery.
Her experience as a project manager at CSULB has also prepared her to manage each detail of a transaction carefully. She feels it is important to take the time to explain the process and guide her clients. She has consistently been able to build her business based on her strong commitment to her clients, knowledge, professionalism, and integrity.
Suzanne lives with her husband and three sons in east Long Beach. Her husband teaches at Long Beach Poly High School, and her boys Long Beach schools. Suzanne is on the PTA board for her son’s middle school, and she is involved with their sports and music activities.

Listening, advising, and guiding are her clients are most important when developing client relationships. She believes it’s important to understand her clients’ dreams and goals, quickly and skillfully responding to inquiries, and exploring options in a collaborative and pressure free environment. As a military spouse, Christina also has the unique experience of having made several cross-country moves, and she understands the challenges of a military move, and is committed to serving service members and their families.
